Annual V.I.P Maintenance Program
As your heating and cooling equipment ages, the value of a maintenance program increases. The savings from just one major repair could exceed the cost of the service agreement itself. Regular service for your equipment is like changing the oil in your vehicle—it can save you thousands in energy costs and future repairs, as well as extend the life of your HVAC system.
Top Priority Status
As a member of the Annual V.I.P Maintenance Program, you are a Carpenter Heating and Air Conditioning VIP customer. This means when you need service, you get it NOW—no lengthy waits when your system is out of order. Carpenter offers emergency service 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
Longer Equipment Life
The special care you receive with the V.I.P Maintenance Program will help your heating and cooling equipment last longer and run more efficiently.
Energy Savings
The money you'll save by maintaining your equipment in top running order with a V.I.P Maintenance Program membership will add up to significant savings on your heating and cooling costs.
Fulfillment of Warranty Requirements
If your HVAC components are under warranty, you should know that most manufacturers require evidence of annual maintenance to honor a claim. Investing in regular maintenance is essentially like having an insurance policy. If something malfunctions that is covered under warranty, you’ll be able to file your claim with confidence and ease, supported by evidence of annual maintenance.
What's Included?
